Brand Insight Strategist


Job summary:

As Brand Insight Strategist Manager will serve as the strategic partner to both clients and internal teams, bridging the gap between business objectives, creative execution, and vendor collaborations. This role requires strong skills in client engagement, consumer insights, and vendor management, ensuring campaigns are not only strategically sound but also seamlessly executed.


Key responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Collaboration

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their brand vision, business goals, and challenges.

Conduct regular client meetings to present insights, strategies, and campaign progress.

Partner with clients to define KPIs and align marketing objectives.

Strategy Development

Translate market and consumer research into actionable brand strategies.

Develop positioning frameworks, messaging, and campaign strategies.

Create insight-driven briefs that guide creative and media teams.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Collaborate with external vendors (production houses, media partners, event agencies, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.

Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with vendors while maintaining quality standards.

Act as the central communication point between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Work closely with account managers, creatives, and media teams to ensure brand strategies translate into effective campaigns.

Provide direction and clarity to the creative team, backed by insights and client inputs.

Ensure on-ground activations and campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance against set KPIs.

Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Share reports and insights with clients to demonstrate ROI and impact.


Specification:

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience: 5-8yr experience in brand strategy, account planning, or client servicing (agency background preferred).

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
