FinCrest โ€“ Our financial advisory and compliance services vertical, delivering tax consulting, regulatory guidance, virtual CFO solutions, and business finance strategies to startups and enterprises. Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing team at BrandCrest in Bengaluru. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong agency experience and a passion for digital storytelling to manage multiple brand accounts across various social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily social media operations across multiple brand/client accounts Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with brand tone and strategy Execute platform-specific social media strategies and campaigns Track and analyze performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, and other analytics tools Engage with audience comments, DMs, and queries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to support campaign execution Stay abreast of trends, algorithm updates, and social media best practices Support in managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and coordinate with media teams Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights for strategic improvements Required Skills & Qualifications: 1โ€“2 years of experience in a digital/social media agency environment Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite Solid understanding of social media algorithms, content formats, and KPIs Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Additional Information: Salary Budget: Up to โ‚น4 LPA, based on experience and fit Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an in-person interview at our Bengaluru office Priority Consideration: Candidates with major experience in social media management or digital marketing will be given preference Show more Show less
