We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Display Ad Designer to create compelling static and animated ads for our clients and for marketing team. In this role, you’ll transform concepts into polished digital creatives that meet brand standards, drive engagement, and perform flawlessly across ad networks. You’ll work closely with account managers and customers to ensure every ad looks amazing and delivers results. Responsibilities · Design and produce static, animated, and HTML5 display ads that meet campaign requirements. · Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into visually engaging digital creative. · Collaborate with internal teams to concept, iterate, and finalize ad designs quickly. · Optimize creative for different platforms, sizes, and specifications (Google Display Network, programmatic DSPs, social platforms, etc.). · Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. · Stay current on design trends, digital ad formats, and emerging creative tools. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications 2–4 years of experience designing digital ads or marketing creative. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. Experience building animated and interactive HTML5 ads. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for digital media. Ability to work from templates as well as create custom designs from scratch. Familiarity with ad specs, file size requirements, and platform guidelines. Exceptional time-management skills and ability to hit tight deadlines.
