Role Overview:

As a Brand Partnerships & Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing, you will be at the center of the creator economy, connecting brands with the right influencers and managing campaigns end-to-end. This is a results-oriented business development role with exciting opportunities to grow revenue, build relationships, and make measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Prospecting & Outreach:

    Identify and connect with brands, agencies, and decision-makers to pitch influencer collaborations.
  • Pitching & Deal Closure

    : Create compelling proposals, negotiate commercials, and close brand partnerships for influencer campaigns.
  • Influencer Sourcing & Management

    : Identify, negotiate, and onboard influencers, creators, and talent across niches.
  • Campaign Management:

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, timely deliverables, and measurable results.
  • Relationship Building

    : Nurture long-term partnerships with brands and influencers for recurring campaigns.
  • Market Research

    : Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and competitor activities to optimize performance.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, business development, or campaign management (agency or platform experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, pricing models (CPV, CPE, CPM), and campaign KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
