We’re hunting for a Brand Partnerships Manager who knows the influencer game inside-out. Someone who can vibe with creators, pitch brands with confidence, and manage campaigns like a pro. If you're obsessed with trends, love building relationships, and can turn ideas into impact, this one’s for you.

What You'll Be Doing?

Brand Partnerships-

• Spot brands that belong with us and pitch them with killer ideas.
• Build long-term, meaningful relationships with brand teams & agencies.
• Create proposals that are clean, creative, and conversion-ready.
• Negotiate budgets, timelines, and deliverables like a boss.

Influencer & Campaign Management

• Curate influencer lists that match brand vibes & budgets.
• Handle everything: briefs, content flow, approvals, and go-live.
• Track performance, ensure deliverables hit the mark, and optimize on the fly.
• Coordinate with internal teams so campaigns go out smooth like butter. 🧈

Client Handling

• Be the main point of contact for brands- from kickoff to wrap-up.
• Share real-time updates, suggestions, and post-campaign insights.
• Retain clients with great work and pitch them more cool stuff.

Trends, Strategy & Reporting

• Stay plugged into what’s trending on IG, YT, Linkedin and Snapchat.
• Research new categories, creator niches, and brand opportunities.
• Deliver reports that are crisp, data-backed, and visually appealing.

What We’re Looking For?

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing / brand partnerships.
• Solid understanding of creators, content formats, and digital trends.
• Strong pitch, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the vibe.
• Comfortable using Sheets, CRM tools, and influencer platforms.

• Already have a network of influencers & brand contacts.
• Have worked with categories like beauty, fashion, tech, F&B, or lifestyle.
• Bring creative energy, problem-solving skills, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude.
• Love memes, trends, and viral culture.
