Artkala Production is one of India’s biggest DIY, lifestyle, and creator-led production houses with a combined digital community of 15M+ followers across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

We create high-impact content, run national-level DIY contests, produce brand campaigns, and operate a 360° creative studio.

We are now expanding our Brand Partnership & Collaboration vertical to work with leading brands across Bihar & India.

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who can bring strategic collaborations, build long-term brand relationships, and drive revenue through creative partnerships.

This role is not traditional sales.

You must understand:

• Content
• Social media trends
• Influencer marketing
• Brand requirements
• Studio production workflows

You will position Artkala as a Creative Partner for brands, not just a content creator.

Lead Brand Collaborations

• Identify brands that align with DIY, lifestyle, home, beauty, cooking, FMCG, kitchen, mobile, and festive content categories.
• Create pitch decks and personalized proposals for brands.
• Convert leads into collaborations.

Manage End to End Partnerships

• Handle initial conversation, pitching, negotiation, contract closure, execution, and reporting.
• Build strong relations with brand managers, agencies, and PR teams.

Spot Revenue Opportunities & dentify brand needs related to

• Reels
• UGC videos
• Festive campaigns
• Studio production
• YouTube integrations
• Long-term retainers
• Pitch relevant, goal-focused solutions.
• Podcast

Content & Strategy Understanding

• Understand what type of content performs best on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Suggest content angles that fit the brand’s objectives.
• Work closely with the Creative and Production teams.

PipeLines & Reporting

• Maintain CRM and lead tracking
• Weekly and monthly performance reports
• Revenue forecasting
• Close deals with proper documentation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of content creation and the influencer ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to pitch creative ideas confidently
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of marketing funnels
• Relationship-building ability
• Highly proactive and target-driven
• Ability to think creatively beyond standard templates

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, digital marketing, advertising, PR, or agency-side roles.
• Candidates with experience in content-focused brands, agencies, or creator partnerships will be prioritised.
• Salespeople from coaching, ed-tech, or insurance backgrounds should not apply.
