Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Media & Marketing

video production and creative teams

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure 

  brand deals, sponsorships, and marketing partnerships

  .
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and brands.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and campaign strategies tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables for maximum value.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure creative output aligns with brand requirements.
• Manage client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to campaign delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
• Stay updated on media, influencer, and digital marketing trends to spot new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Marketing, Business, Media, or related field

   (MBA preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience

   in business development, brand partnerships, or media sales.
• Excellent 

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  .
• Prior experience in 

  digital media, advertising, influencer marketing, or creative agencies

  .
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing, brand storytelling, and partnerships.
