We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s narrative and drive strategic growth. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, responsible for crafting compelling stories that resonate with our audience while executing high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable business results.The ideal candidate blends creative intuition with analytical rigor, ensuring every marketing initiative is both beautiful and effective.Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end development and launch of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Your goal is to drive sustainable revenue growth, elevate brand awareness, and cultivate deep, long-term customer loyalty. * Brand Stewardship: Act as the primary custodian of our brand identity. You will define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual and verbal tonality across all digital and physical platforms. * Performance Analytics: Rigorously monitor and report on the ROI of all marketing initiatives. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to optimize future performance. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams. You will ensure marketing strategies are deeply integrated with product roadmaps and broader business objectives. * PR & Media Relations: Oversee relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and publishers. You will steer external communications to amplify our brand voice and secure high-quality media coverage. * Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value co-branding opportunities. You will build partnerships with like-minded brands to expand our market reach and enhance the customer journey. * Market Intelligence: Serve as an industry expert by staying ahead of emerging technologies, e-commerce trends, and global marketing best practices.Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates coming from Travel or Lifestyle D2C brands. * Brand Expertise: A proven track record of building, evolving, and maintaining a premium brand identity in a competitive landscape. * Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop to assist with creative direction, asset localization, or minor design adjustments to ensure brand consistency. * Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient in marketing analytics tools. You possess the unique ability to turn raw data into a clear, persuasive narrative for stakeholders. * Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have a "creative eye" and a high bar for design and copy quality. * Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex external relationships, including PR firms, creative agencies, and corporate partners.How to Apply
