Brand & Marketing for Pune location

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define and strengthen brand positioning, values, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Develop and execute long-term brand strategy to enhance visibility and brand equity.
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication touchpoints.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Build and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, offline, PR, and events.
• Lead campaign planning for product launches, brand initiatives, and growth programs.
• Manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars aligned with business goals.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance campaigns (with support of internal/external teams).
• Drive engagement, followers, and brand reach through impactful digital storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality digital content.

4. Content, Creative & Communication

• Lead brand communication across channels including websites, social media, email, brochures, ads, and corporate presentations.
• Review and guide content and creative assets for brand tone, design quality, and messaging.
• Develop thought leadership and brand narratives for key campaigns.

5. Campaign Management

• Conceptualize and execute 360 brand campaignsdigital, on-ground, and print.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Track and optimize campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.

6. Market Research & Insights

• Conduct competitive analysis, consumer insights research, and market trend studies.
• Use insights to refine brand strategy, messaging, and marketing initiatives.

7. Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, PR agencies, production teams, and other vendors.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams for aligned communication.

8. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of marketers, designers, and content creators.
• Foster creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence within the team.

9. 360 Degree Marketing

• In Center branding, hospital branding, promotional activations, Website, Social Media platform management, Whatsapp communication etc.

10. Integrated Marketing, Branding & Campaign Execution

• Responsible for All marketing collaterals supporting patients, doctors, corporates, sales team etc.
• Responsible for Inhospital branding, marketing and support required for sales activities
• Responsible for all timely execution of marketing - outdoor/ indoor/ digital/ PR/ web

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Prior experience in Hospital Sector for complete Marketing activities
• 6–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications.
• Proven experience leading brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, customer insights, and content storytelling.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in digital-first brands, consumer industries, tech, D2C, or B2B sectors.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, social media analytics, and branding tools.
• Exposure to event marketing, influencer marketing, or PR.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, Communications, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Branding is preferred.
