Brand Marketing Manager

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Define and execute brand vision, positioning, and tone of voice aligned with business goals & GTM to drive and impact upon Annual Operating Plan for the brand.
• Balance heritage, craftsmanship, trust, and modern aspiration
• Ensure consistent brand expression across stores, campaigns, packaging, and digital assets

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Conceptualize and lead brand & seasonal campaigns (wedding, festive, Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, Valentines, etc.)
• Work with creative agencies, photographers, stylists, and production teams
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from brief to launch to performance review

3. Retail & Store Marketing

• Drive store-level branding (VM guidelines, in-store visuals, signage, experience zones)
• Collaborate with retail teams to support store launches, renovations, anniversaries
• Ensure brand consistency across pan-India / regional store networks

4. Product & Collection Marketing

• Partner with merchandising & design teams to market collections effectively
• Develop collection narratives, naming, and launch communication
• Translate craftsmanship, gemstones, and design stories into consumer-friendly storytelling

5. Digital & Content Marketing

• Oversee brand content for social media, website, CRM, and performance marketing
• Guide storytelling across video, reels, influencer content, and editorial
• Ensure the brand remains aspirational yet credible in digital spaces

6. PR, Influencers & Partnerships

• Manage PR agencies, media relations, and brand collaborations
• Identify and onboard celebrity, influencer, and bridal partnerships
• Support brand presence at exhibitions, fashion weeks, luxury events

7. Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence

• Track consumer behaviour, trends, and competitive landscape
• Use insights to evolve brand messaging and campaign strategies
• Monitor brand health metrics: awareness, consideration, trust, recall
• Establish the customer understanding, brief the agency to come up with ideations to deliver the campaign.
• Create a customer understanding funnel within the organisation for seamless understanding.
• Establish brand positioning in the operating landscape
• Create a culture in the organisation to follow brand book & brand key.

8. Budgeting & Performance Tracking

• Own brand marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spend
• Measure campaign effectiveness across retail footfalls, leads, sales impact
• Present post-campaign reviews and insights to leadership

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of luxury / premium branding
• Experience in retail-led marketing
• Excellent storytelling and brand sensibility
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & agencies
• Analytical mindset with creative intuition
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / PGDM or Masters in Marketing, Branding, or Communications (preferred)
• 6 to 12 years of experience in brand marketing
• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
• Exposure to pan-India retail operations is an advantage
