Role Summary:

Brand Manager

Expect chaos. Be the order.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Own the brand calendar and lead end-to-end execution of monthly product + lifestyle drops
• Oversee creative and content development for everything we put out
• Ideate and execute

  brand collaborations

  — from D2C brands to sneaker stores, from underground artists to viral events
• Build

  event-based brand visibility

  through pop-ups, private member events, product experiences, or collab parties
• Act as the final check across creative, copy, visuals, and tone before anything goes live
• Coordinate across manufacturing, design, content, PR, and social, with tight timelines
• Build low-key but legendary PR: influencer seeding, brand friends, cultural drops
• Stay five steps ahead of trends, moodboards, and what culture is going to care about next
• Report on performance and drive brand insights, pivots, and future planning

Collaboration & Event Mandate:

• Plan

  strategic collabs

  with premium and cult brands — sneakers, tech, beverage, lifestyle
• Curate

  limited-edition product partnerships

  with creators, rappers, designers, dancers, and filmmakers
• Identify and lead

  cultural event integrations

  — music gigs, sneaker cons, underground art shows, creator house drops
• Build the buzz before the product — every collab must feel rare and look inevitable

You’re Right for This If You:

• Have 3–4 years of brand, creative, or marketing experience in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle
• Thrive in ambiguity and love owning outcomes
• Think fast, move faster, and know how to turn a reference into reality
• Love being deep in culture: from streetwear to reels, rap to runway, memes to margins
• Can work with lean budgets and still build outsized hype
• Have strong taste, sharper instincts, and a bias for action
