Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can shape ideas that resonate with fashion-forward audiences and drive performance across digital channels. You’ll lead campaign thinking — from Instagram Reels to festive drops — and ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice, aesthetic, and customer insight.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and plan monthly content and campaign themes based on brand goals, trends, and seasonal moments
  • Create scroll-stopping briefs and storytelling ideas for product launches, festive campaigns, influencer collabs, and sales
  • Lead creative direction for visual and video content across Instagram, website, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and more
  • Collaborate with design, performance marketing, product, and influencer teams to execute campaigns cohesively
  • Use performance data (CTR, views, ROAS, etc.) to refine future creative strategies
  • Stay plugged into fashion, lifestyle, and jewellery trends and turn cultural moments into creative opportunities

  • Can think in Instagram Reels, swipe-ups, and email headers — with creativity that converts
  • Love ideating concepts that feel fresh, feminine, and fashion-forward
  • Are equally comfortable talking about mood boards, hooks, or ad performance metrics



Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or brand marketing (fashion/jewellery/e-comm preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads creatives, and D2C brand tone
  • Portfolio of campaigns, reels, or creatives with tangible performance or engagement outcomes
  • Basic understanding of creative tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools is a plus)
  • Strong communication and copy sensitivity



Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with creator collaborations or influencer briefs
  • Worked in a D2C setup with monthly drops / new product rollouts
  • Hands-on with scriptwriting, shoots, or styling moodboards
