Brand Manager

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who is a proactive leader, creative strategist, and efficient project manager. This role will own the brand narrative for key clients, manage a team of creatives, and ensure seamless execution across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° brand strategies aligned with client goals

• Lead cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and media planners

• Manage and deliver projects within deadlines and budgets

• Oversee social media content planning and campaign performance

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the brand’s voice

• Identify market trends and consumer insights to drive innovation • Prepare and present campaign reports, performance metrics, and strategy decks

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or advertising

• Strong project management and multitasking skills

• Proactive mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving

• Excellent team-handling and leadership ability

• In-depth understanding of social media trends and digital channels

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
