Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can independently lead strategy, execution, and optimization across key e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and revenue through paid campaigns, data analysis, and platform growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads and similar platforms
• Develop platform-specific growth strategies to meet revenue and ROAS goals
• Monitor daily performance metrics
• Own budgets and performance targets, ensuring efficient ad spend and ROI
• Collaborate with creative & product teams to build high-performing ads
• Work with e-commerce account managers on pricing, visibility, and promotional levers
• A/B test creatives, copy, and campaign formats regularly
• Build weekly/monthly reports for leadership visibility
• Stay ahead of marketplace trends, platform updates, and competitor activity

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience managing performance marketing on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit
• Strong understanding of bidding models, keyword strategies, and conversion funnels
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable outcomes
• Excellent analytical
• Ability to build and execute marketing strategy end-to-end
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination
• Self-starter, result-oriented, and ownership-driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• Performance marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
