3. Sales Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with new online and offline points of sale, ensuring brand alignment and market expansion.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
5. Brand Consistency: Ensure all brand touchpoints adhere to Alive and Well’s luxury standards.
1. 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in the luxury/premium segment preferred).
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proven track record in successfully managing online and offline sales channels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
