Job Description: Brand Manager - Color Cosmetics (Marketing & Growth Focus) A large Group in Cosmetics and FMCG Products is venturing into the exciting world of Skin Care & color cosmetics. This new venture is seeking a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to drive the marketing and growth of our new product line across both offline trade channels and online marketplaces. Location: Delhi Reporting to: Director, Business Head Salary: ₹10 - ₹15 Lakhs PA Key Responsibilities: Brand Building & Positioning: Develop and refine the brand identity and positioning for the new color cosmetics range, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and stands out in a competitive market. Champion the brand's vision and values across all internal and external communications. Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, search, display), influencer marketing, PR, and in-store promotions, with a strong focus on color cosmetics. Oversee content strategy and creation (visuals, copy, videos) for product launches, evergreen campaigns, and brand storytelling for both offline and online visibility. Manage collaborations with beauty influencers, bloggers, and content creators to drive brand awareness and product adoption on online platforms. Market Analysis & Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the color cosmetics segment across both offline and online sales data. Utilize data and insights to identify growth opportunities, refine marketing strategies, and optimize product assortments for different channels. Provide regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market dynamics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and effective market penetration in both offline trade and online marketplaces. Support the sales team with marketing collateral, training, and promotional activities for offline channels, and collaborate on optimizing product listings and promotions for online marketplaces. Budget & Agency Management: Manage the marketing budget for the color cosmetics category, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets across all marketing channels. Oversee relationships with external agencies (e.g., creative, PR, digital marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 4-7 years of progressive experience in marketing or brand management roles, with significant exposure to the color cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce, social media platforms, and influencer marketing in the context of beauty products. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills.
