Job Requirements Deputy Manager/ Manager Marketing- Looking for a thoughtful, detail oriented marketer with a keen sense of content, an eye for storytelling, experience in digital engagement and understanding of data and analytics -Campaign management and execution - Managing shoot planning, execution and deliveries of Rivaah campaigns through the year -Social Calendar & Campaign Planning-Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligning with launches, festive/seasonal moments, and cultural events. Ensure all campaigns are consistent in tone, visual language, and storytelling, tailored for bridal audiences. -Bridal Content Creation & Strategy-Own and execute content strategy tailored for brides-to-be across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.Work closely with content creators, stylists, and internal teams to develop campaigns that mirror evolving bridal aspirations. Create visually rich pinboards based on bridal themes, regional traditions, colour palettes, and bridal styling tips. -Influencer Collaborations-Identify and partner with bridal influencers and creators across regions, languages, and communities.Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and reporting. -CRM Campaigns & Audience Segmentation-Build and manage bridal cohorts based on purchase behaviour, regions, and wedding timelines.Optimise CRM communications across email, WhatsApp, and SMS to drive store visits, consultations, and conversions. Work with analytics and CX teams to refine communication journeys and measure success metrics like open rates, CTRs, and repeat engagement. -Trend Spotting & Competitive Mapping-Study evolving bridal trends (local and global), content formats, and platform shifts. Track competitor moves in the bridal and luxury jewellery space and identify whitespace opportunities. Work Experience -Experience in social media, digital marketing, or campaign management, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. -A strong understanding of visual and narrative storytelling across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. -Comfort with data and analysis to understand performance and develop plans that are data backed -Experience in influencer partnerships from identifying the right voices to executing campaigns with measurable outcomes. -The ability to segment audiences and tailor communication to different bridal journeys and customer cohorts. - Confidence in planning and executing a content calendar in coordination with creative, product, and retail teams. - Awareness of fashion trends, regional cultural nuances, and evolving consumer behavior.
