Position Overview The goal is to increase sales and profitability of ice cream business by focusing on marketing and innovation. Building portfolio with sub brands catering to the consumer needs, focused marketing campaigns to drive category sales and launching new products to drive Alpenvie. KEY RESULT AREAS Brand positioning and consumer insights Devise innovative growth strategies, develop and execute 360 degree marketing plans Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics. Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
