Polaris School of Technology (PST) is a new-age tech school in Bengaluru, building the next generation of techies. We offer a 4- year Bachelors CS degree program. Founded by Mukul Rustagi & Bhaswat Agarwal (the same duo behind Classplus - a $600Mn company backed by Tiger Global, Surge, GSV, Blume and more). 💛

About the Role


At Polaris, we’re building a category-defining tech school, and we’re looking for a Brand Manager who loves fast growth, clean execution, and owning metrics that actually move the needle.


Own channels, shape narratives, and drive metrics that directly influence admissions and brand love. If you’re someone who thrives on building GTMs, scaling growth levers, and leading crossfunctional execution with precision — this role is for you.


  1. Own a Growth LeverBe the owner of a major channel - lead gen, influencer marketing, events, community, or brand awareness - and scale it with experiments, budgets, and clear outcomes.
  2. Build GTMs That Move the Needle - Plan and execute GTMs for admissions cycles, big events, and campaigns. Lead crossfunctional teams to ship fast and ship well.
  3. Run High-Impact Campaigns - Lead influencer initiatives, offline activations, ATL/BTL, and vendor/agency coordination - from brief to execution.
  4. Optimize the Funnel - Track numbers, fix drop-offs, improve journeys (landing pages, WhatsApp, email), and drive conversions across the full funnel.
  5. Shape Brand Communication - Work with design + content teams to create sharp, consistent messaging across digital and offline platforms.
  6. Strengthen Brand Presence - Drive SEO, ORM, sentiment tracking, and keep Polaris showing up clean, clear, and compelling.
