Brand Manager

You will be working as a Brand Manager at Bodhe Institute for Entrepreneurship located in Thane. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing and enhancing brand strategy, improving brand identity, and creating marketing campaigns tailored to organizational goals. This full-time role will require you to conduct market research, manage the execution of marketing initiatives, collaborate across teams for cohesive brand storytelling, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing external partnerships and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Manage the execution of marketing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive brand storytelling - Analyze campaign performance and optimize future strategies - Manage external partnerships to enhance brand presence - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels Qualifications: - Strategic thinking and experience in creating and executing brand strategies - Marketing skills, including expertise in social media marketing, campaign design, and performance tracking - Content creation and storytelling abilities to align with the brand's vision - Strong project management, organization, and leadership skills - Analytical thinking and familiarity with tools for market research and data analysis - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Prior experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role is a strong plus - Passion for entrepreneurship and driving projects that align with the institute's mission and vision CTC: Maximum 40k to 50k Please note that your role will also involve visiting colleges to give presentations about the Entrepreneurship program and collaborating with colleges for follow-ups.,
