Purpose of the role

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the brand identity, creative direction and visual standards used across all internal and external materials. The role ensures consistent representation of the brand across campaigns, websites, content, design assets and communication channels. This function works closely with the Performance Marketing team, Web Developer and content teams to deliver cohesive and compliant outputs across all projects.


Responsibilities and duties

  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all creative deliverables
  • Develop and oversee creative concepts for campaigns, websites, social assets and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into structured briefs
  • Review and approve creative outputs including static designs, video storyboards and landing page layouts
  • Work with designers and production teams to prioritise tasks and maintain delivery timelines
  • Maintain asset libraries, version control and proper documentation of all creative materials
  • Ensure all materials meet brand standards for tone, layout, colour and visual identity
  • Collaborate with the Web Developer to ensure website and landing page design aligns with approved brand direction
  • Conduct periodic audits of brand usage across teams and identify areas requiring correction or improvement
  • Provide clear written directions and feedback to creative and production teams


Key deliverables

  • Approved brand guidelines updated as required and adopted by teams
  • Campaign and creative briefs delivered clearly and on time
  • Creative assets produced in alignment with brand standards and campaign requirements
  • Documented review notes and feedback loops maintained for all design and production cycles
  • Organised and updated asset libraries with consistent naming and versioning


Compliance and confidentiality

All creative and brand materials must be produced using approved systems. Brand assets, internal documents and design files must be handled confidentially and accessed only for authorised business purposes. Public facing content must comply with approved brand and communication standards.

Essential skills

  • Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity and structured creative direction

  • Competence in tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite or equivalent design platforms
  • Strong written communication and feedback skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency in all creative outputs
  • Ability to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders


Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Communications or a related field
  • Three to six years of experience in brand management or creative leadership roles
  • Experience working with performance marketing or cross functional teams is an advantage
