Polaris School of Technology is on a look out for Mentors who are passionate about mentoring and teaching the next- gen of best coders. This is a full-time onsite position where you play a key role in delivering, engaging and training programs that enhance students' coding proficiency across various technologies and software tools. Design and deliver comprehensive assignments and assessments, such as mid-term exams and end-semester exams, and evaluate them Develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, to foster skill development and understanding Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives Collaborate with the content development & operations team to continuously enhance course content, LMS features to ensure best learning experience Update yourself with industry trends and best practices to incorporate the latest advancements into teaching methodologies Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and student engagement. Evaluate student performance and progress to adjust teaching strategies and ensure successful learning outcomes You should apply if you Were the mentor to your juniors: Great camaraderie with juniors and a natural knack for guiding and mentoring is something that comes naturally to you Know our tech: Proficient in Python (Core and Advanced) with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Hands-on experience with key libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, datetime, and pytest is expected. A solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (including recursion, linked lists, and sorting techniques) is required. Experience with backend development using Django or Flask, along with FastAPI, is essential. Familiarity with the MERN stack (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) is preferred. Understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) concepts, including service/repository layering and SOLID principles, is desirable. Candidates should have working knowledge of REST API development, asynchronous operations, file handling, and robust error management. Comfort with tools like Postman and VS Code is considered a plus. Can explain complex stuff to a 5-year old: Proven ability to communicate complex coding concepts effectively and engage learners of varying skill levels Are season, if not a veteran in the field: Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in an educational or professional setting Can take any challenge head-on: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to address student queries and challenges Articulate like a pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely Educational Qualifications: B.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science Experience: Minimum 2+ yrs of experience in teaching (In app development and design is a plus) Location: Bengaluru Days: Mon to Saturday

Role Overview: As a Program Associate , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless academic operations by managing class schedules, evaluation cycles, and learning management system (LMS) workflows. You’ll also provide personalized support to students and their parents, addressing academic, technical, or administrative concerns with high accuracy and responsiveness. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow in academic operations, especially those coming from EdTech or higher education environments. What will you do? Ensure smooth academic operations by managing schedules, LMS updates, and class plans. Handle end-to-end evaluation cycles including setup, execution, and data entry. Track and maintain accurate student performance data and academic reports. Conduct regular phone-based support for students and parents, addressing queries and concerns. Coordinate with mentors, faculty, and internal stakeholders to ensure academic alignment and timely escalations. Maintain mentor dashboards, feedback, reports, and follow-up logs. Contribute to building centralized dashboards and process automation over time. You should apply if you have Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (data handling, automation). Familiarity with LMS tools and evaluation management systems. Basic understanding of university data formats and grade conversions, academic workflows, and evaluation cycles. About the Role We're looking for a fast, creative, and scroll-stopping Video Editor to help us turn raw footage into high-retention short-form content — primarily for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks. At Polaris, we’re building India’s most ambitious tech school, and content is a big part of how we do it. If you know how to hook attention in the first 3 seconds and keep people watching till the end, we want you.
