About Us:

Polaris School of Technology

We’re on a mission

What you will do

Craft
wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that make our products simple, usable, and engaging.
Collaborate
closely with product managers, engineers, and instructors to bring ideas to life.
Create
responsive design flows for both mobile and web platforms(LMS, dashboards, internal tools, consumer products).
Run
quick user tests and gather feedback from students and faculty to improve designs.
Contribute
to our design system and maintain consistency across all digital experiences.

You should apply if you:

Have
a strong grasp of design fundamentals – typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Are
proficient in Figma (preferred) or similar tools like Sketch/Adobe XD.
Can
create interactive prototypes and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Have
a portfolio that shows your design thinking process and execution quality.
Love
working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick feedback loops.

Nice to Have:

Experience
in UX research, usability testing, or accessibility design.
Exposure
to EdTech or Consumer product design.
Knowledge
of prototyping tools, animations, or motion design.
Frontend
Dev skills - ReactJS or similar frameworks
