About The Job
Main responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility of the brand including creating the vision, marketing strategy, innovation pipeline, marketing calendar, leading execution.
- To be responsible for the market share, growth, revenue and profit for the Channel portfolio in India
- Develop marketing strategies to gain market share and achieve top line and bottom-line delivery as per target for the priority brand of Dulcoflex and support plans on other key brands
- Closely work with the Dulcoflex Global and Regional Brand teams to strategize the Brand Plan and innovation pipeline
- Periodically (Quarterly) plan and utilize Marketing budget by allocating resources for required products with the objective of maximizing return on marketing expenditure
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns for consumers/ HCPs across mediums including TV, Digital, Mobile, Print, Radio etc. and flawlessly execute them
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offerings, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct strategy if required by periodic travel to different geographies
- Conduct intense consumer research directly and through third party to constantly generate insights that can be applied to creative campaigns, product ideas or even on-ground changes
- Liase with Internal stakeholders (sales force, Industrial Affairs, Regulatory, Medical etc.) to ensure timely execution and price increase, margin improvement programs and External stakeholders (Creative, other Vendors) to ensure timely execution of New Product Development projects
About You
- Experience: Past experience of independently managing campaigns for at least 5+ years with a proven track record of creating scalable and successful marketing strategies. Experience in New Product Development launches.
- Soft skills: Strong analytical, communication (verbal and presentation) and Creative skills
- Technical skills: Marketing & Brand Management, Fluency with Microsoft Office
- Education: MBA from a reputed institute. Graduate in B.Pharm / BSc. will be a plus
