What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in brand management/marketing/growth, preferably in D2C, health & wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• A strategic thinker with a doer’s mindset – you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute campaigns hands-on.
• Strong experience in brand positioning, content creation, influencer marketing, and performance-led campaigns.
• A creative storyteller who can craft narratives that connect emotionally, while staying grounded in data-driven insights.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle, with a finger on the pulse of consumer trends.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the brand strategy – positioning, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline) that boost brand visibility and trust.
• Collaborate with performance, product, and content teams to create end-to-end consumer journeys.
• Work with influencers, creators, and partners to build community-driven growth.
• Use consumer insights, trends, and analytics to shape strategy and measure impact.
• Champion brand consistency and create experiences that delight our customers at every touchpoint.

Pay: ₹21,027.81 - ₹76,332.79 per month
