Core Responsibilities

Brand Evolution & Oversight

  • Drive consistency in our voice, visuals, and values across all mediums.
  • Define and adapt brand guidelines that internal teams and external partners can execute with clarity.
  • Act as the guardian of how our brand shows up in the world — from packaging to pixels.

Campaign Crafting & Rollout

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns aligned with growth and visibility goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, content, and creative teams to deliver unified storytelling.
  • Track performance, extract insights, and refine future initiatives based on outcomes.

External Collaborations

  • Directly manage creative studios, PR firms, influencer networks, and paid media agencies.
  • Set clear deliverables, feedback loops, and timelines to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Ensure all partner contributions reinforce our elevated positioning.

Narrative & Messaging Leadership

  • Shape messaging across all owned and earned channels — including digital, print, and in-store.
  • Co-create compelling, culturally resonant content that mirrors the everyday life of modern Indian households.
  • Champion community engagement through authentic, human-first storytelling.

Cross-Team Integration

  • Sync with leadership, product development, and customer support to maintain brand integrity across departments.
  • Ensure every interaction, from web visits to WhatsApp queries, feels distinctly “us.”

Team Building & Culture Curation

  • Recruit, develop, and empower a lean team of ambitious marketers.
  • Cultivate an environment where data fuels creativity, and vision meets execution.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years leading brand and marketing efforts, ideally in consumer-focused or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record building campaigns that resonate and convert.
  • Deep awareness of evolving Indian consumer behavior, particularly in urban millennial and Gen Z audiences.
  • A sharp eye for content, tone, and visual storytelling — you understand what clicks and connects.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with an ability to move between strategy and execution fluidly.
  • A founder’s mindset and a heart for building something meaningful.
