Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a digital-first brand strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Define the brand voice, positioning, and messaging across digital channels.
  • Content Development & Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content for social media, websites, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Digital Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize the brand’s presence across websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Track key brand metrics, including awareness, sentiment, and engagement, and report on progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.
  • Innovation & Trendspotting:

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Experiment with innovative approaches to drive digital engagement and differentiation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years

    of experience as a Brand Manager in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful digital branding campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience managing influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
