Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify market needs and new opportunities with input from respective regional sales managers.
  • Coordinate, oversee, and manage sales to customers.
  • Interact with partner sales teams to generate leads.
  • Manage sales cycle and create a sense of urgency to ensure timely deal closures.
  • Implement and manage overall marketing strategy, communication, and budget allocation across various marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing activities to generate revenue.
  • Supervise the smooth implementation of marketing and field sales promotion activities.
  • Present sales and revenue forecasts to the management team.
  • Liaise with enablement functions to ensure executives are equipped with the necessary tools and collaterals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, branding, promotional, advertising, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in defining tech requirements such as CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of sales success with quota achievement.
  • Experience in digital marketing and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
  • Knowledge of ATL & BTL activities and strategic creative marketing.
  • Experience in managing sales activities and partners to drive revenue.
  • Familiarity with developing and executing successful sales campaigns.
  • Strong community marketing experience and business model knowledge.

Skills

  • Strategic alliance development.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in SEO, social media management, and brand partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling objections during price negotiations.
