Join our team where planning meets strategy, and your work directly drives Business Success. 📍 Location : Corporate HQ – Chennai 💼 Experience : 5 -10 Years 🎓 Education : Engineering Background ( B.E. / B.Tech / Master’s ) What You’ll Lead & Deliver: Demand Planning & Forecasting Drive accuracy by partnering with commercial teams to build reliable, data-driven demand forecasts. Supply Planning Create agile supply plans that ensure availability while keeping inventory lean and efficient. S&OP Leadership Be at the core of our Sales & Operations Planning process — aligning cross-functional teams on a single plan of record. Inventory Optimization Minimize waste, avoid obsolescence, and maintain the perfect balance of stock across the supply chain. Production & Capacity Planning Turn forecasts into action — align production schedules with material and capacity constraints. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the key link between Planning, Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Influence decisions, drive outcomes. Systems & Analytics Use best-in-class tools like SAP or O9 to unlock insights and bring data into every decision. KPI Ownership Monitor and improve performance on critical KPIs: OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and more. Project Management Lead or support initiatives from NPD launches to process automation and planning transformation.
