Job Description

Position Details • Title: Brand, Growth & Media Operations Manager (DRP) • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer • Employment Type: Full-time • Work Location: Goa, India (Hybrid). Expectation: in-office 3 days per week; remote 2 days per week, with domestic/international travel as needed for business, events, or production. • Start Date: TBC Compensation • Salary: ₹20,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Thousand) per month, paid monthly. • Review: Annual performance review after 12 months. Upon meeting performance goals set by the Company, you will be eligible for a 10% salary increase annually. Working Hours • Standard Hours: 9 hours per day (9am to 6pm), up to 48 hours per week (Monday through Saturday). • Breaks: Entitled to a 60-minute break after 4 continuous hours of work (e.g., lunch break). • Overtime: Time beyond standard limits will be treated per applicable law (generally at double the regular wage rate). Total working hours, including overtime, must not exceed 10.5 hours per day or 60 hours per week. • Flexibility: The role may require occasional evenings/weekends aligned to production schedules, launches, events, and travel. Probationary Period • Duration: First three (3) months from the Start Date. During probation, you are not eligible for paid time off or other benefits. The Company may terminate employment at any time during probation without advance notice. Paid Time Off and Holidays Following successful completion of the probationary period, you will be eligible for: • 15 days Annual Leave per annum • 10 days Sick Leave per annum (doctor’s certificate required) • State Public Holidays • 5 days Bereavement Leave (spouse, parents, children, siblings) • Leave Without Pay (LWP) may be granted strictly subject to approval • The Company reserves the right to modify the Paid Time Off Policy Benefits You may participate in any benefits or plans offered by the Company (if any), in accordance with plan terms. Access typically commences after successful completion of probation. Role Summary and Primary Responsibilities You will function as the CEO’s DRP and right hand, accountable for execution and outcomes across three key streams: 1) Executive Support and Operations • Orchestrate the CEO’s calendar; prepare meeting briefs; coordinate and confirm internal/external meetings and events. • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison with clients, partners, media, and internal teams; draft polished correspondence and presentations. • Own agendas, minutes, action items, follow-through; represent the CEO in select meetings as needed. • Plan and manage travel itineraries, bookings, on-site coordination; handle expenses and documentation. • Implement scalable SOPs and systems across content, campaigns, CRM, and admin operations. 2) Sales and Marketing (Digital + In-Person) • Run integrated growth campaigns (paid/owned/earned) to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. • Own the funnel end-to-end: lead generation, nurture, qualification, CRM pipeline hygiene, and closing (virtual or in person). • Channels: SEO/SEM, PPC, email automation, social media, website CRO; report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, CAC/LTV, ROI) and iterate. • Coordinate launches, webinars, events, and partner/influencer activation. 3) Video Production and Content • Edit and produce platform-optimized videos (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), applying color grading, audio cleanup, motion graphics, captions, and branding. • Repurpose long-form content into shorts/reels; deliver formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) by platform. • Maintain a reliable content calendar aligned to brand and commercial priorities. Tools and Technical Proficiency • Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or motion tools preferred; audio cleanup (e.g., Audition). • Marketing/Growth: GA4, Google Ads/Meta Ads, SEO tools, email automation (e.g., HubSpot/Mailchimp). • CRM: HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho or similar. • Collaboration: Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack, Asana/Trello/Monday, calendaring tools, cloud storage. • Social: Native platform tools; scheduling (Buffer/Hootsuite); basic design (Canva/Adobe).
