Job Title: Full-Time Tech-Savvy Freshman or Recent Grad / Executive Assistant & Digital Marketing Specialist (Interns Welcome) Company: Fast-growing Goa-based startup (small tight-knit team) Location: Hybrid (initially in-person / remote to be discussed later) (North Goa as daily attendance preferred) Commitment: Full-time (40 hrs/week) for minimum 12 months Compensation: 20K for starters with yearly increase for stand-out performers Start Date: Immediate / November 2026   Who We’re Looking For We need a hungry, extremely quick-learning team member or someone who can commit full-time as an intern who is genuinely great with computers, loves tech, and gets excited (not scared) when things change as business evolves. This is NOT a coffee-running internship. This is a “you will wear more than 1 hat and grow faster than anywhere else” role. You’ll be my right-hand person and help run almost everything digital in the company. We love dynamic young talent! You’ll Do (and Learn) All of This: Act as my executive assistant: manage my calendar, emails, travel (rare), tasks, reminders, research, and basically keep me sane while we scale Run our entire online presence: social media scheduling & engagement (X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), community management, and rapid content posting Create & edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) – you don’t need to be Scorsese, but you must be able to learn CapCut/Davinci/Final Cut quickly and make videos that don’t suck Own our CRM (we use HubSpot + Notion + Airtable) – manage leads, tag, nurture sequences, track pipeline Handle email marketing campaigns & automations (Klaviyo/ConvertKit or similar) Help with basic website updates (Webflow/WordPress/Framer) Test and implement new AI tools weekly (yes, really – we move fast and you’ll be the first to try new stuff and tell us if it’s good) Light graphic design (Canva/Figma – memes, thumbnails, carousels) Customer support via email/DM when needed General admin magic that keeps a small team running smoothly You’re Perfect for This If You: Are a current graduate or can commit full-time for at least 12 months Love being part of an International Team who is committed to doing things new ways… Are genuinely scary good with computers and pick up new software in hours, not weeks Don’t freak out when priorities shift as needed – you actually thrive in chaos Have a “figure it out” mentality – Google, YouTube, ChatGPT are your best friends Are obsessed with at least 2–3 of these: AI tools, short-form video content, startups, online marketing, systems/automation Have excellent written English and attention to detail Bonus points if you already: run your own social account with real engagement, have played with AI tools extensively, edited videos that got >10k views, used no-code tools, or built something cool just because you could This Role Is NOT for You If: You need hand-holding or detailed instructions for every task You hate context-switching You’re waiting for graduation before you “start your real career” – we want someone who treats this like their first real company If you can’t make commute and prefer strict routine as in traditional offices… What You’ll Get: Insane learning speed – you’ll get 3–5 years of experience in one Direct access to the founder (me) every single day Coaching by a co-founder who is an IT guy himself Real responsibility – your work will touch everything and your wins will be visible immediately Flexible hours (as long as work gets done) Potential to transition into a full-time role (we’re growing fast) Salary increase possible for absolute rockstars   To Apply: Send a WhatsApp message at +91 7420877729 with the subject line: “I’m Interested – [Your Name]” In the body, tell me in 3–6 sentences: Why you’re genuinely excited about this (be specific) The coolest thing you’ve ever built, learned, or shipped on your own Links to any social profiles or any content you’ve made (if you have them – if not, that’s ok) Where are you located in Goa Attach your resume (or just a simple LinkedIn link is fine).
