Hiring For Debt Recovery / Collection Executive (Domestic Process) Responsibilities Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person to recover overdue payments. Explain outstanding dues, penalties, and payment options clearly and professionally. Negotiate repayment plans in line with company or bank policies. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment commitments. Follow up on promised payments until closure. Escalate complex or disputed cases to senior management. Ensure compliance with RBI and company collection guidelines (for banks/NBFCs). Work with legal or field teams for recovery of high-value or chronic delinquent accounts. Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of loan/credit products and EMI structure. Good documentation and data entry accuracy. Ability to handle tough or emotional customer situations calmly. Target-oriented attitude and time management skills.
