Opptra partners with global consumer brands to enter and scale across India and Southeast Asia through strong local execution, omni-channel distribution, and disciplined P&L management.
The role involves evaluating new international brands for India entry, identifying market white spaces, and developing long-term growth plans aligned to Indian consumer trends. The Brand Manager leads buying and sourcing decisions—assortment planning, OTB management, vendor negotiations, pricing architecture, and lifecycle management—to ensure optimal cost, margin, and sell-through.
With complete ownership of brand-level P&L, the role drives revenue growth, margin expansion, inventory health, and profitability. The position works closely with internal teams (Marketing, Channel Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and international brand partners to deliver successful brand launches and sustainable scale in India.
This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring strong knowledge of Indian fashion retail, sharp analytical skills, deep understanding of cost structures, and the ability to recommend effective pricing and channel strategies while maintaining brand integrity.
