Brand Development Manager

As the Brand Development Head for Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar, you will play a pivotal role in leading the franchise expansion journey of one of North India's fastest-growing cafe lounge chains with over 30 outlets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a franchise expansion strategy for PAN India growth, identifying potential franchise partners, leading negotiations, representing the brand at industry events, and building strong relationships with existing and potential franchisors. Additionally, you will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand alignment, monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities, and prepare business presentations, proposals, and franchise ROI models. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Franchise Sales/Brand Development, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry. A proven track record of successful franchise development, strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. Moreover, an understanding of franchise laws, documentation, and financial modeling, as well as a willingness to travel as required, are key requirements for this position.
