Role & responsibilities A Passionate and results-driven Brand Manager Brand Development to lead BioFrost's digital brand presence and growth. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in managing social media strategies, agency coordination, and influencer collaborations, with a keen sense of brand storytelling and performance outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Brand Building & Strategy Drive brand visibility, engagement, and recall across digital and offline platforms. Develop and implement annual and long-term brand plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, brand messaging and tactical execution plans. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights generation to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategy. Define target audience, brand positioning, and unique selling propositions. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to proactively adapt strategies. Social Media Management Co-ordinate with digital marketing agencies to manage social media calendars, campaigns, and performance metrics. Approve and oversee creative content (images, videos, captions) in line with brand objectives. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in brand development, preferably in FMCG, wellness, personal care, or D2C sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of both digital and offline brand-building strategies, with hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and creative agency coordination. A data-driven mindset with familiarity in tracking campaign performance and consumer insights is essential. Passion or prior exposure to the sports, fitness, or physiotherapy industry will be a strong advantage, as the role involves connecting our pain relief products with real-life recovery and wellness use cases.
