About the Role

TradeBerg is developing a data-driven analytics platform focused on structured information, real-time interfaces, and applied reasoning systems. The design direction aims for clarity, strong identity, and a modern visual system that supports the product’s technical depth. The role covers brand foundations, interface design, visual communication, and supporting assets for product and marketing.

Responsibilities

Brand and Identity

• Develop the core brand framework

• Establish a consistent design system

• Define typography, color usage, and visual guidelines

• Translate product concepts into coherent identity elements

UI and UX

• Design product flows and interfaces in Figma

• Build interactive prototypes in Framer

• Create dashboards and workflows with clear hierarchy

• Consider cognitive load, usability, and decision-making patterns

Visual and Editorial

• Produce visual assets for digital communication

• Build materials for website, campaigns, and presentations

• Combine minimalism, strong layout systems, and modern editorial design

Motion and Interaction

• Create small motion interactions, transitions, and short visual loops

• Use tools such as After Effects or equivalent motion platforms

Systems Thinking

• Connect brand, product, and communication into a unified design approach

• Create design systems that scale across screens and contexts

Core Skills (Required)

• Figma

• Framer

• Photoshop

• Illustrator

• Canva

• Understanding of grid systems, editorial layout, brutalist and minimal design, visual hierarchy, and design psychology

Bonus

• After Effects

• Runway

• Notion workspace structuring

• Experience designing AI-driven products

• Familiarity with fintech or market-related platforms
