Brand Designer

We're hiring our first Brand Designer to join our founding branding team. This is a rare opportunity to shape how the world perceives us as we establish ourselves as thought leaders in the equity management space. You'll work directly with our Head of Branding to create compelling visual content that positions us as the trusted authority in our industry. From LinkedIn graphics that drive engagement to slide decks that close enterprise deals, your work will directly impact how prospects, customers, and partners experience our brand. This isn't just a design execution role—you'll help build the processes and systems that will scale our brand as we grow.

What You'll Do -

Design & Content Creation (70%)

(a) Design high-impact graphics for social media including infographics, data visualizations, branded thought leadership content, and engagement posts as we expand our social presence

(b) Create visually compelling slide decks for sales presentations

(c) Transform complex equity management concepts into clear, visually engaging content that resonates with enterprise audiences

Brand Stewardship & Coordination (20%)

(a) Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

(b) Serve as the brand guardian - maintaining visual identity standards while adapting to different formats and use cases

(c) Partner with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and translate business objectives into compelling visual stories

Startup Mindset (10%)

What We're Looking For -

Required

• 1-3 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or content design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics, presentation design, data visualization and infographics.
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma - you can work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills—you can collaborate with non-designers, ask the right questions, and advocate for great design
• Self-driven and proactive—you thrive under broader guidance, take ownership of projects, and don't need hand-holding
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills—you meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Curiosity and adaptability—you're excited to learn about FinTech, equity management, and B2B enterprise audiences

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Exposure to B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise content creation
• Experience designing for thought leadership or executive communications

• Professional demeanor—you understand how to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and represent a brand that works with public companies
• Willingness to work in-office in Gurgaon, Haryana—this role requires in-person collaboration (remote work is not available)
