Location: Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi (On-site, 6 days/week, with travel as needed)

Role Overview

As the Brand Communication Head at Novella, you will be the driving force behind how the brand is perceived and experienced. This role blends strategic communication, luxury PR, client relationship management, and influencer collaborations to position Novella as the Rolls-Royce of the wedding industry. You will be responsible for crafting and executing communication strategies that elevate the brand’s reputation, generate leads, and build deep, long-term relationships with elite clientele and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Positioning and Communication Strategy

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with Novella’s luxury positioning
• Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints including social media, digital, and offline platforms
• Build a narrative that appeals to high-net-worth individuals and luxury planners

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

• Nurture strong relationships with B2B and B2C luxury clients, planners, designers, and hospitality partners
• Seamlessly onboard new clients with an elevated and guided experience from inquiry to final delivery
• Create retention programs to turn every client into a brand evangelist

• Collaborations and Partnerships

• Build collaborations with influencers, wedding portals, fashion icons, bloggers, and luxury venues
• Partner with lifestyle and fashion brands for co-branded campaigns and events
• Manage PR campaigns and high-profile events to increase brand visibility

• Event Representation and Luxury Networking

• Represent Novella at weddings, bridal expos, industry forums, and luxury networking events
• Host private luxury experiences and ensure high-touch brand interactions

• Marketing Funnel and Lead Generation

• Design communication funnels with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
• Create proposals, sales pitches, and decks that win high-value deals
• Track ROI and performance of communication initiatives

• Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with the founder, leadership team, and investors for brand strategy alignment
• Coordinate with vendors, planners, and creative teams for seamless execution
