This role is ideal for someone with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and execution skills, who can shape narratives, design compelling content, and manage digital platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Craft engaging copy for internal communications, leadership messages, event promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Develop in partnership with the external agency social media content, blogs, and thought leadership articles aligned with BCE Global Tech’s vision & value proposition.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual representation.
Branding & Design Support
- Collaborate on the development of visual assets, ensuring alignment with typography, color psychology, and brand narrative principles.
- Work closely with the agency to create impactful branding and campaign materials.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute engagement activities, internal campaigns, and corporate events (town halls, DE&I initiatives, ESG programs, festive celebrations).
- Support event communications, logistics, and post-event content generation.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage internal and external digital & social media platforms, ensuring engagement and growth.
- Track campaign performance using analytics, providing insights for optimization.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies (SEO, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, performance, programmatic) to amplify brand presence.
Key skills
- 4-5 years of experience in brand communication, content creation, digital & social media marketing (preferably in an advertising agency).
- Strong understanding of typography, color psychology, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in writing, with a creative mindset to translate ideas into compelling campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, and internal engagement tools.
- Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desired.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
