We are looking for a Brand Associate who can bring fresh ideas, a sharp creative eye, and the ability to craft high-impact ad content that converts — across Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms


Role Overview


The Brand Associate will be responsible for conceptualising and executing creative ad campaigns, planning visually engaging brand content, and collaborating closely with the performance marketing team to ensure our creatives are high-performing and on-brand This role requires a mix of creative writing, visual thinking, and strategic planning to bring ideas to life.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Conceptualisation & Writing

  • Write crisp, compelling ad copy for Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Develop hooks, scripts, and storyboards for short-form product videos and campaigns
  • Create relatable, brand-consistent messaging tailored to Conscious Chemist’s customer personas


Visual & Campaign Planning

  • Work with designers and video editors to translate ideas into engaging ad creatives
  • Plan visual direction and brand aesthetics for campaigns
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand launches, sales, and performance goals

Performance-Driven Creative Strategy

  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimise creatives based on data insights (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling methods to improve ad performance
  • Benchmark against competitors and track industry creative trends

Content Development

  • Ideate and oversee the creation of lifestyle, product, and educational content for campaigns
  • Ensure all creative assets maintain brand voice, tone, and positioning
  • Script and plan video content for influencer collaborations and brand-led content


Candidate Requirements


Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in creative writing, advertising, or brand/content marketing.
  • Proven portfolio of ad copy, campaigns, or brand content (Meta, YouTube experience preferred).
  • Strong grasp of creative strategy for performance marketing ads.
  • Proficiency in writing engaging scripts, captions, and short-form product content.
  • Ability to translate brand/product USPs into high-converting ad creatives.
  • Strong visual sense and ability to collaborate with design and video teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, especially D2C and beauty/skincare.


Soft Skills:

  • Highly creative with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with skincare or beauty brands.
  • Understanding of customer personas in Tier 1–3 Indian markets.
  • Basic knowledge of ad performance metrics and A/B testing.
