Role Overview: As a Branch Service Manager at Allview India Electronic Pvt. Ltd., you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff, encompassing sales, service, and administrative functions, to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. - Sales and Business Development: Formulate and execute strategies to boost sales growth, expand market share, and achieve or surpass branch revenue targets. - Customer Relations: Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with crucial customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Service Management: Supervise service operations for LED TV, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines, ensuring top-notch repairs and maintenance services. - Operations Management: Efficiently oversee branch operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. - Budget Management: Develop and manage the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meeting revenue objectives. - Reporting: Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and financial outcomes, and present insights to senior management. - Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
