Job Description

As a Branch Service Manager (BSM), you will lead daily service operations at the branch in the North region (Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab). Your main focus will be on ensuring superior customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and effective team performance. Your role demands operational excellence and leadership to align service delivery with business growth objectives and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, monitor service request resolution, and ensure resource allocation and cost control. - Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve complaints promptly, and implement feedback for service improvements. - Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and evaluate the service team, ensuring performance targets are met and fostering a motivated, accountable team culture. - Financial and Business Performance: Manage branch budgets, track expenses, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure operations adhere to policies and legal regulations, conduct audits, and maintain proper documentation. In the role of Area Service Incharge (ASI), you will oversee service operations across multiple branches in the North region. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistent service quality, managing branch performance, and driving service excellence aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Manage service teams across branches, ensuring timely service request resolution and efficient resource allocation. - Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and drive continuous service improvements. - Team Leadership and Development: Lead and coach service teams across branches, ensuring performance targets and career growth. - Financial and Business Performance: Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze service KPIs for improvement. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to policies, conduct audits, and maintain documentation. Qualifications & Skills: - Masters Degree in a Technical field (preferred) - Experience in branch operations, customer service, or team management - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Good communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial tools Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Work Location: In person,
