Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for Service Delivery within the designated area. - Appointing Service Partners, providing training, and implementing processes/policies in accordance with Service Partner guidelines. - Maintaining MSL (Master Spare List) and ensuring regular billing of parts. - Ensuring Service delivery meets the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). - Conducting periodic visits to Distributors/Dealers to guarantee satisfaction. - Auditing ASP (Authorized Service Provider) work orders and Spare consumption. - Ensuring the submission and audit of ASP monthly claims. Additionally, it is essential to have knowledge of the local language. The company offers benefits such as leave encashment, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus. The job type is Full-time, with day shift schedules, and the work location is remote.,
