We are looking for Branch Service Managers at multiple locations like Allahabad & Lucknow.

Location: We need local candidates with 5 to 7 years of experience with min 2 years in Life Insurance handling Sales & Operations role.

Education Graduation is must

CTC – Upton 10 LPA

Job Role-

• Driving Retention activity in the region, drive team to achieve the set targets.

• Work with branch operations team to achieve set KPIs.

• Co-ordination with all departments.

• Sales support in terms of leads generation, retention, NB and ARF related work.

• Training of CEs.

KRA

• Adherence to TAT- Customer service, new business, ARF.

• Accuracy and consistency in KPIs.-Customer service, new business, ARF.
• Customer retention (Surrender retention).

• Audit scores – Branch Audit, BCMS and BPMS.
• Lead generation for new business.

• Renewals, 13th Month Persistency.
• ECS and Bank account collection.
