This Opportunity is with a leading Life Insurance company for their office in Patna, Begusarai & Bihar sharif locations. Role: Branch Sales Manager - Agency Channel Experience: 3 - 8 Years Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for recruiting FLMs (Unit Managers) and Providing training to FLMs by soliciting business through their natural market. Responsible to grow the business in their respective districts A team of FLMs will report to the role Will be responsible for the top-line and bottom-line targets for the geographies mentioned above.
