We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and inclusive banking products. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
