Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Cluster Sales Manager. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
