Branch Sales Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Market Segmentation & Business Generation

    : Segment the market to identify potential direct clients. Generate business by offering customized loan structures that meet client requirements and ensure profitable margins.
  • Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement

    : Deliver on sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships within the

    DSA/DST/Connector network

    . Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business.
  • Process & Channel Expansion

    : Drive faster

    Turnaround Times (TATs)

    for loan sanctioning by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Use this to expand the channel presence and customer base.
  • Sales Operations & Performance

    : Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Actively participate in initiatives and contests to boost overall sales performance and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.

Skills & Competencies

  • Aggressive sales approach

  • Good knowledge of sales in

    Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP)
