Branch Sales Manager

As a Two-Wheeler Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team in achieving sales targets, managing dealer networks, and expanding market share for two-wheeler vehicles in a specific region or territory. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales revenue and market share within the assigned territory or dealer network. Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals. Dealer Network Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, onboard new dealers, and ensure smooth operations. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales plans, strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and build brand loyalty. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to sales and documentation.
