The Branch Sales and Service Manager is responsible for driving branch revenue,managing customer relationship,ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing day-to-day sales and service operations.
Roles and Responsibilities• To achieve Individual sales targets across different product segments.
• Identify and convert opportunities for Advances business, cross-sell and up-sell of products. • Manage and deepen assigned ETB portfolio customers relationships. • Educate and migrate the customers to Alternate/ Digital channels. • Handle day to day operations of the branch. • Support the branch to fulfil audit and compliance requirements. • Authorize all the financial and non-financial transactions. • Resolution of customer queries within defined TAT. • Other tasks as assigned by BM/BOM.
